Frozen Embryo Transfer Day

The 13th of February 2019, the day our tiny one came home!  Almost a Valentine's baby and we certainly felt ALL the love, despite it not being overly romantic!  This little one, along with two others, has been waiting since the day Hayden was conceived and we too have waited for the right time to return for one of them.  We were very lucky to have 4 viable embryos from the 5 eggs they collected back on the 6th of July 2016.  Hayden was transferred as a hatching blastocyst 5 days later on the 11th of July 2016.  The remaining 3 embryos were frozen and I have never stopped thinking of them. When the phone rang on the morning of the 13th February, I literally held my breath as the embryologist told me that the one embryo they had thawed had survived and was doing brilliantly!  I cannot begin to express how excited we were to be returning for another one of our little miracles.  I was under general anaesthetic for Hayden's transfer but this time we opted to have the transfe
